A listing workflow that takes minutes

1. Export the floor plan from your measurement app or the builder's PDF.
2. Render it in the isometric view with Warm Neutral or Modern styling.
3. Compare with the slider; regenerate if a room reads wrong.
4. Download the HD version (paid plans) and add it to the gallery right after the floor plan.

Compliance and disclosure

Furnishings in an AI render are illustrative, just like virtual staging. Many MLSs and portals require you to disclose virtually staged or computer-generated images — check your local rules and label the image (for example 'Illustrative 3D floor plan, furnishings virtual'). Keep the original 2D floor plan in the listing as the reference document, and never rely on the render for room sizes.

Accuracy

AI image models can still misread a plan — for example merging a small closet into a hallway or drawing a door slightly off. Always compare the render with the original drawing before you publish it; the before/after slider exists for exactly that check. If a render fails outright, the credits are refunded automatically.
