Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a render fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Credit packs

TODO: e.g. unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack were used.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. TODO: pro-rated refund policy for annual plans.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method. If a credit pack is refunded, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance; if a subscription payment is refunded, Pro ends immediately.
