1. Who we are

Floorplan3D is operated by TODO (legal name / entity, address). Contact: support@example.com.

2. The service

The service generates illustrative 3D renders from floor plan images using third-party AI models. Renders may contain errors and are not measured drawings, construction documents or guarantees of a property's layout or condition.

3. Your content

You must have the right to upload the plans you submit. You keep your rights in your uploads. You grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payments

Credits are consumed per render. Purchased pack credits do not expire; subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing and keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io), which is the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and payment-related customer service and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms. 5. Use of renders

Renders created on a paid plan may be used commercially. Free-plan renders are watermarked. You are responsible for any disclosure required when publishing computer-generated or virtually staged images.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use the service to create NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images, depictions of real people, deepfakes, or any illegal or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Liability, termination, governing law
