Photoreal 3D floor plan renders without 3D software
A 3D floor plan render is the image people actually look at in a listing or a pitch deck. Make one from your existing 2D plan in a couple of clicks.

What you get
- Two render variations per generation, so you can pick the one that reads best.
- Furnished rooms appropriate to their function (beds in bedrooms, a dining table near the kitchen) — or an unfurnished white model if you only want to show the layout.
- Standard renders for quick previews, and HD (2K) renders on paid plans for listings and print.
- No text, labels or invented dimensions in the image. We instruct the model to leave those out because AI-made numbers on a marketing image are a liability.
Render styles
Modern uses light oak, white walls and charcoal accents. Scandinavian goes lighter and softer with ash wood and textiles. Warm Neutral leans beige and walnut with warm light — good for family homes. The white model removes furniture entirely, which is useful when the buyer will furnish the space themselves or when you want to emphasise the layout.
Renders vs. a traditional 3D workflow
A traditional render means modelling walls and openings, placing furniture, setting materials and lights, then rendering — typically a few hours for a professional, more for anyone else. An AI render takes about a minute but gives you less control: you choose a style and view rather than every chair. For listings, quick client previews and early design conversations that trade-off is usually worth it; for construction documents it is not.
A note on accuracy
AI image models can still misread a plan — for example merging a small closet into a hallway or drawing a door slightly off. Always compare the render with the original drawing before you publish it; the before/after slider exists for exactly that check. If a render fails outright, the credits are refunded automatically.
