A RoomSketcher alternative when you already have the plan
RoomSketcher is a full floor-plan design app. If your plan already exists and you only need a 3D image of it, you may not need a design app at all.

What RoomSketcher offers
RoomSketcher lets you draw floor plans, furnish them from a library, and produce 2D/3D floor plans, 3D photos and 360 views, plus ordered redraws. According to its pricing page (checked October 21, 2026), the Pro plan is $24/month billed monthly or $12/month billed annually ($144/year) with 5 credits per month; the Team plan is $70/month or $35/month billed annually ($420/year). Prices change — confirm on roomsketcher.com/pricing.
Where Floorplan3D differs
- No drawing: upload the plan image or PDF you already have.
- Results in about a minute; you choose a style and view, not individual furniture.
- Pro includes 50 credits a month; credit packs if you only need a few renders.
- Trade-off: you can't move a specific chair, set exact materials or print to scale.
Which should you pick?
If you need to design a layout, measure accurately, print to scale or control every piece of furniture, a design tool like RoomSketcher is the right choice. If you have the plan and want a convincing 3D picture of it fast — for a listing, a rental page or a client chat — an AI renderer is simpler.
Accuracy caveat
AI image models can still misread a plan — for example merging a small closet into a hallway or drawing a door slightly off. Always compare the render with the original drawing before you publish it; the before/after slider exists for exactly that check. If a render fails outright, the credits are refunded automatically.
